  • TBC Intro Offer is a great place to start. 5 classes for $60 to be used over a 2 week period, will allow you to try out the different classes we offer. You can try all class styles on the Intro Pack and all our classes are suitable for first timers.

  • The MINDBODY booking system is the easiest way to book your classes. Head to the TIMETABLE tab on the website to book in.

    You can also call the studio, email or pop in to book your classes in person.

  • Please arrive 10mins prior to your first class. The Crew will show you around the studio, explain the class structure and answer any questions you may have.

    We recommend having a read through the FAQs or give us a call or email with any questions.

  • Comfortable gym clothing is recommended with no loose items.

    Socks are COMPULSORY for Reformer Pilates classes and ‘grippy socks’ are highly recommended. You can purchase these from the studio.

    Crew Classes are kept small to allow for individual attention and modifications so our instructors can cater for a wide range of clients.

  • If a class is full, you have the option to jump on the Waitlist. If you’re added to class you will be notified by email and it’s your responsibility to monitor this. You will be given 90mins notice.

    Waitlists often move quickly, so please always book ahead and go on a waitlist if needed.

    If you no longer want to attend the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to allow another client to attend.

  • Yes! Cancellations must be made 6hrs prior to the start of class. Any cancellations after this time will be deducted from your class pack. No shows and absences will forfeit that session.

    TBC Cancellation Policy is in place to ensure all clients are afforded the opportunity to attend classes. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, TBC will enforce the Cancellation Policy on a fair and consistent basis.

  • Yes! You can attend TBC the entire way through your pregnancy. We ask that you let us know as soon as possible, and all information will be kept private and modifications treated with discretion.

    You must get medical clearance after birth to return to exercise. TBC cannot accept clients until 6-8 weeks after birth.

    We recommend a 1:1 pregnancy consult before returning to group classes.

  • You must be 16 years old to attend class.

    There is no upper age limit!

  • Pilates is a great form of rehabilitation. Please contact The Crew to discuss your injury. Typically we can accommodate injuries, however depending on your injury, you may require a 1:1 session before continuing with group classes.
