TBC is thrilled to again offer SOUND by Sterling Thornton on Sunday 30th March 2025. 

A full body and mind meditative experience. Sterling's Sound Bath will create a deeply relaxing effect, using crystal sound bowls and other resonating instruments. Indulge in rejuvenating meditation music that nourishes your mind and body. 

A guided a 50min Sound Bath suitable for all levels and curious clients. This class is a great reset experience for anyone looking to reduce their stress levels and experience deep relaxation.
