Guided Breathwork at The Body Crew is designed to reconnect breath and body through intentional, structured practice. Each session explores a range of techniques and movement patterns that build breath capacity, calm the mind, and support nervous system regulation.
Participants are guided through both seated and standing sequences, with the option to adapt, whether that means following along or dropping into stillness and working from a resting position.
The session concludes with an extended guided body scan meditation, creating space for deep release and full-body integration.
