The Body Crew is here to help you move, stretch & feel comfortable.

WHAT TO EXPECT

In a FREE, 20 minute, one-on-one private session, you will learn:
~ How to use the Reformer Machine ~
~ Where you lie down, how to change the springs & how it moves ~
~ Basic movements and exercises ~
~ Discuss any concerns, injuries or goals ~
~ Other options for strength & movement ~
A great way to get familiar with the equipment, movements and a first hand understanding that you don’t ‘need to be flexible’ to do Pilates! This session is designed for YOU. We can demonstrate, or you can participate. 
If you’d feel more comfortable, you’re welcome to bring a friend! Just select that option when booking.

All Intros must be scheduled using the link below. Can't find a time that suits? Contact us, we'll find one for you!
Sessions are 20 minutes in duration. Please arrive 5 minutes early. If you can no longer attend your session, please cancel or reschedule 5 hours PRIOR to your appointment.
